The room are spacious

The check in procedure is so slow we have to wait for 40 minutes because the room is not yet ready .. The pool is so old and not child friendly.

The ambiance is nice, very clean, I really like the location because it’s just walking distance to the places that I nee

The place is too close to Festival and ATC

The toilet in my room was not flushing well and gets blocked on the morning of my check out. I told the staff about it and she checked it promptly.

Location is ideal for festival mall and westgate restaurant area. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were showing their age a little, and pool was dissapointing

Great hotel, just needs to repaint outside structure. But it’s updated on the inside.

Not so modern as expected

I like that its close to a.lot of restaurants. The parking ks also secured. When yiu book a grab for food you need to go to the basement to get food not in the lobby.

The style and layout of the room might need some revision. The room felt tight and small. An open room idea could be better.

Memorable and good option in the south (Alabang)

We celebrated my birthday and I am glad they gace complimentary cakes. The rooms were spacious with nice views.

The rooms are old. Although it looked better with the renovation. There was some noise from the hallways at night.
